Real estate
Our team has wide experience in every aspect of real estate transactions: acquisitions, portfolio sales, management of real estate investment funds, sales and leasebacks, construction, development, and project and property management.

We provide a broad range of corporate services. We act as general counsel for companies and represent them in every aspect of their corporate life: from the founding of the enterprise, through its growth and operation, to its eventual liquidation.

Tax
We give clients legal advice on tax. We aim to avoid conflicts, but sometimes the outcome a client wants can only be reached in adversarial tax administrative proceedings or in court, and in those cases we try the case.

Litigation
We try claims as diverse as civil, business and administrative cases throughout Bulgaria, and we appear regularly in courts, arbitrations and administrative agency proceedings.

Mediation
We provide mediation as an alternative dispute resolution. Mediation can resolve civil, commercial, employment, domestic and administrative disputes, as well as other disputes between individuals and/or companies.

Management and finance
Our multi-disciplinary approach lets us deliver creative solutions. Our specialised subsidiary, Bulgarian American Management Company EOOD, provides real estate finance and management services.
